习近平关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,具有科学的传承性、鲜明的群众性、强烈的现实性、非凡的创新性等四个方面的特征。在新时代群团改革背景下,高校工会改革面临着“缺乏内生动力”“缺少工作创新”两大症结与挑战。以习近平关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述为指引推进高校工会改革,高校工会应把高校教职工摆进工人阶级队伍中去审视高校工会的定位;抓住新时代的工运主题开展工会工作;围绕工会增“三性”、去“四化”来加强高校工会的自我革新;加强机制构建,扩大改革内驱力。

Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the work of the working class and trade unions is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It has four characteristics:scientifi c inheritance,distinctive massiveness,strong reality,and extraordinary innovation.Under the background of mass organization reform in the new era,the reform of college and university union is faced with two major challenges:lack of endogenous power and work innovation.In order to use Xi Jinping's important exposition on working class and trade union work as a guide to promote the reform of college and university union,unions should count university teachers and workers as the working class to examine the position of university unions;grasp the theme of labor movement in the new era to carry out trade union work;strengthen the self-renovation of college labor unions by increasing the three natures and four modernizations of unions;strengthen the construction of mechanisms and expanding the internal driving force for reform.
