Practicing Trade Union Responsibilities and Promoting the Construction of Harmonious and Stable Labor Relations in the Post-epidemic Period

国内疫情防控初现曙光,但国外情况正日益严峻,疫情对劳动关系的后续影响和风险防控任务依然重大艰巨。为构建、维护和谐稳定的劳动关系,工会应当:提高政治站位,主动应对劳动关系新情况;协助企业招工,推动稳定就业;践行工会职责,切实维护职工合法权益;重视集体协商,依法协调劳动关系;工会干部主动担当作为,当好“四员”角色。

The prevention and control of domestic epidemic situation has achieved initial success,but the situation abroad is becoming more and more severe.In order to maintain the harmonious and stable labor relations,the trade union should improve the political position,strengthen the mission,take the initiative to deal with the new situation of labor relations;Assist enterprises to solve recruitment problems,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers,coordinate labor relations in accordance with the law,and properly solve new problems in labor relations;strengthen early warning guidance,take the initiative to build harmonious labor relations.
