Using Big Data to Promote the Construction of Smart Trade Union

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中首次提出了“智慧社会”的概念,中国工会第十七次全国代表大会对《中国工会章程》做出了重要调整和补充,把“构建智慧工会”写进了工会章程。“智慧工会”是“互联网+工会”的高级阶段,是利用大数据分析职工的行为,从而预测职工的新动向,为工会工作者提供新思路,决定工会下一步工作的方向。

General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward the concept of smart society for the fi rst time in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The 17th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union made important adjustments and additions to The Charter of Chinese Trade Union Association.Smart union is included in the union charter and the advanced stage of Internet+union.It uses big data to analyze the behavior of employees,so as to predict the new trends,provide new ideas for union workers,and decide the direction of the union's work in next stage.
