摘要
通过对某企业氨制冷系统的典型承压设备进行风险评估,计算出系统中压力设备和管道的失效可能性和失效后果,确定其风险等级;并根据设备的运行工况和介质特性分析设备的损伤机理及失效敏感性,帮助监管机构和企业更加准确的认识涉氨承压设备的风险状况,采取针对性的措施保证设备的安全运行。
Through the RBI technology,the risk assessment and damage mechanism analysis of the typical pressure equipment and pressure pipeline in ammonia refrigeration system are carried out.The failure probability and failure consequences of pressure equipment and pipelines in the system are calculated,and the risk level is determined.The damage mechanism and failure sensitivity help regulatory agencies and enterprises to more accurately understand the risk status of ammonia-related pressure equipment,and take targeted measures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
