摘要
以某冷库漏氨事故后应急大修和技术改造为例,提出了氨制冷系统的若干技术改进措施。通过压力容器互为备用的设计改造、基于释压抑漏理念增加泄氨站释压阀组、增加喷淋水系统、针对螺杆压缩机组油冷却器对冷却水的需求创新设计了双水泵系统蒸发式冷凝器、改进设备和管道保温层的隔汽性能等,提高氨制冷系统的能效和安全性,同时提出一些便于日常操作的改进。
Taking an emergency overhaul and technical transformation after an ammonia leakage accident in a cold storage as an example,several technical improvement measures for ammonia refrigeration system were proposed.The energy efficiency and safety of the ammonia refrigeration system have been improved through some technical transformations,such as mutual standby design of pressure vessels,increasing the pressure relief valve set to vent ammonia station,adding water spray system for emergency,innovative design of the evaporative condenser of the double water pump system for the cooling water demand of the oil cooler of the screw compressor unit,improve the cooling water system of the compressor oil cooler,improve the vapor barrier performance of equipment and pipeline insulation,etc.In addition,some improvements to facilitate daily operations are also proposed.
