摘要
空气源热泵系统具有显著节能效果,但在实际应用中存在一定局限性,主要表现为冬季供暖时,室外蒸发器表面易结霜从而影响系统的性能。翅片管换热器表面霜层生长是一种复杂的传热传质过程。本文建立了湿工况下霜层生长模型,模拟研究翅片管表面霜层生长,分析结霜过程中霜层厚度、空气侧压降、霜层密度、空气流量、结霜量、换热量、霜层—湿空气界面条件(霜层表面温度及界面水蒸汽分压力差)等霜层生长特性的变化。
The air source heat pump system has significant energy saving effects,but there are certain limitations in practical applications,mainly reflected in the fact that the surface of the outdoor evaporator is easily frosted during heating in winter,which affects the energy efficiency of the system.Frost layer growth on the surface of finned tube heat exchangers is a complex type of heat and mass transfer process.Afrost layer growth model under wet conditions is established to simulate the finned tube surface.The changes of frost layer growth characteristics such as frost layer thickness,air side pressure drop,frost layer density,air flow rate,frost amount,heat exchange,frost layer-wet air interface condition(difference between surface temperature of frost layer and partial pressure of interfacial water vapor)were analyzed.
