摘要 为适应我国经济发展新常态及全球一体化进程不断加快的宏观环境,建筑物贸企业近些年纷纷开启信息化强企战略,实施大规模信息系统建设,但结果却不尽如人意,信息系统项目建设成功率较低,难以支撑信息化强企战略目标的实现。本文分析了建筑物贸企业组织机构设置、信息系统建设需求、项目管理制度流程等现状,发现其在信息系统项目管理中存在缺乏顶层设计、制度流程不完善、标准化程度较低、人才储备不足、机构人员权责不清晰等多种问题通过将项目管理先进理论与建筑物贸企业实际情况结合,从完善组织机构、健全规章制度、推进项目管理标准化建设、加强项目知识管理、做好项目管理持续改进五个方面提出优化方案,旨在为建筑物贸企业信息系统项目管理水平提升提供借鉴与参考。 With China’s entering into a new normal period and the speeding up of global integration process,material trade enterprises has implemented the strategy of strengthening the enterprise in recent years to adapt to such macro environment.Large-scale information system construction has been implemented,while the result is not satisfactory,the success rate of information system projects is too low to support the realization of enterprise strategic goals.By analyzing the construction material trade enterprise’s organizational structure,information system construction demands,rules and regulations,and so on,a lot of problems were found about information systems project management,such as lack of top-level design,imperfect rules and processes,low degree of standar-dization,lack of talent reserve,unclear rights and responsibilities of institutional personnel.By combining advanced theories of project management with the actual situation of construction material trade enterprises,this paper put forward the optimization measures from the aspects of improving organizational structure,enhancing the rules and regulations,promoting the standardization,strengthening project knowledge management and building a system for continual improvement,aiming at providing reference for the improvement of information system project management level in construction material trade enterprises.
