摘要
在环保政策不断收紧的背景下,光伏玻璃全氧窑炉在国内的发展慢慢兴起,从以前250 t/d发展到目前650 t/d、750 t/d、800 t/d,全氧燃烧玻璃窑炉逐步规模化、产业化,科学配套窑炉耐火材料种类成为重中之重。根据当今大型全氧光伏玻璃窑炉使用的各材质耐材理化性能及工作原理,结合各材质耐材在玻璃窑炉热态下的蚀变,从经济角度对窑炉各部位耐材适配方案提出改进,供同行参考。
Under the background of continuous tightening of environmental protection policy,the development of PV glass oxy furnace in China is rising slowly.From 250 t/d to 650 t/d,750 t/d and 800 t/d,the oxy combustion glass furnace is becoming more and more large-scale and industrialized,and the most important thing is the type of scientific supporting furnace refractories.Based on the actual production experience,this paper puts forward that today’s large-scale oxy combustion furnace has better supporting facilities The scheme is for reference.
