摘要
依托东莞市水生态建设五期工程常平镇范围管网长6.884km的顶管工程,进行了不同地层泥水平衡顶管机刀盘选型分析。提出了掘进粉细砂层采用垂直平板形刀盘、砂质黏土层采用带中央先行刀的轴锥形面板式刀盘、粉质黏土层选用无刀具螺旋式刀盘,并给出了刀盘结构和刀具配置技术参数,为今后类似工程提供技术借鉴。
Based on a 6.884km jacking pipe project in Changping Town,the fifth phase of water ecological construction in Dongguan city,the selection of cutter head is analyzed under different ground for slurry balanced pipe jacking machine.It is put forward that the fine sand layer should be driven with a cutter head of vertical flat type,the sandy clay layer with a cone-shaped panel type cutter head with the central advance cutter and the silt clay layer with a cutter head of spiral type without cutter.The technical parameters of the cutter head structure and the cutter configuration are given,which will provide technical guidance for similar projects in the future.
