经皮左心耳封堵术预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者发生缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure in the prevention of stroke in non-valvular atrial fibrillation

心房颤动是心律失常常见的类型之一,可导致血栓栓塞,引起缺血性脑卒中。非瓣膜性心房颤动是心房颤动的主要类型,血栓主要存在于左心耳,采用经皮左心耳封堵术可有效减少左心耳中的血栓进入血液循环,降低缺血性脑卒中发生风险。本文就经皮左心耳封堵术预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者发生缺血性脑卒中的研究进展作一综述。

Atrial fibrillation is one of the common diseases of arrhythmia,leading to thromboembolism and ischemic stroke.Non-valvular atrial fibrillation is the main type of atrial fibrillation with thrombus in the left atrial appendage.Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure can effectively prevent the thrombus in the left atrial appendage into blood circulation to reduce the risk for ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the research progress of the application of percutaneous left atrial appendage closure in the prevention of stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
