快速康复外科在80岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗中的应用被引量：4

摘要目的探讨快速康复外科在80岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析我科应用髓内钉系统治疗80岁以上年龄组股骨粗隆间骨折53例,其中28例应用快速康复外科理念,25例应用常规理念.比较两组髋关节Harris评分、并发症发生的概率和日常生活能力评分等.结果髋关节Harris评分与对照组对比,实验组比较高(P<0.05);日常生活能力评分与对照组对比,实验组比较高(P<0.05);并发症发生的概率与对照组相比,实验组比较低(P<0.05).结论快速康复外科在80岁以上年龄组股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗围术期处理中卓有成效,可以缩短住院日,而且不增加并发症的发生,可降低返院率.
