预防接种分时段预约系统对预防保健科现场接种效率的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of the vaccination time-section appointment system on the field vaccination efficiency of the preventive health department

目的探讨预防接种分时段预约系统对预防保健科现场接种效率的影响.方法选择2016年1月~2019年11月之间北京市大兴区3家基层预防保健科的数据进行回顾性分析,描述预防保健科在册儿童家长使用预防接种分时段预约系统的比例.对比在使用预防接种分时段预约系统前后(使用前1年,使用后1年)的现场接种工作效率、家长等待情况、医务人员和家长对接种流程的满意度.结果3家预防保健科的0~6岁在册儿童共18869人,共有4632名儿童的家长使用预防接种分时段预约系统,使用率为24.55%.在干预前后,预防保健科工作人员的平均服务针次和平均接种速度均未出现明显变化(P>0.05),在干预前后,家长在预防接种门诊平均停留时间和预防接种门诊内平均停留家长数量均未出现明显变化(P>0.05),干预前后接种门诊医务人员与儿童家长对接种流程的满意度均未出现明显变化(P>0.05).结论预防接种分时段预约系统对于工作压力较大的预防保健科而言,无法有效提升现场接种的工作效率,尽管该系统在儿童保健相关知识的普及以及接种量分布控制方面具有一定的优势,但尚需要更多的改进以及提升.

Objective To investigate the effect of the vaccination time-section appointment system on the field vaccination efficiency of the preventive health department.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on data from three primary prevention and health departments in Daxing District of Beijing between January 2016 and November 2019.Describe the proportion of parents of registered children in the preventive health department who use the vaccination schedule system.Compare the efficiency of on-site vaccination before and after using the vaccination sub-period appointment system(1 year before use,1 year after use),parents’ waiting status,and medical staff and parents’ satisfaction with the vaccination process.Result A total of 18,869 children aged 0~6 registered in the three preventive health departments.Parents of a total of 4,632 children used the vaccination schedule system,with a utilization rate of 24.55%.Before and after the intervention,the staff of the preventive health department had no significant changes in the average number of needles and average vaccination speed(P>0.05).Before and after the intervention,there was no significant change in the average length of stay of parents in the vaccination clinic and the average number of parents staying in the vaccination clinic(P>0.05).There was no significant change in the satisfaction of the vaccination clinic staff and the parents of the child with the vaccination process before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The vaccination time-section appointment system cannot effectively improve the efficiency of on-site vaccination for preventive health departments with high work pressure.Although the system has certain advantages in the popularization of child health-related knowledge and the control of distribution of vaccination,more improvements and upgrades are still needed.
