温生理盐水加甲硝唑冲洗联合针对性护理对化脓性阑尾炎术后患者切口感染的影响被引量：5

摘要目的观察温生理盐水加甲硝唑冲洗联合针对性护理对化脓性阑尾炎术后患者切口感染的影响.方法选取许昌市立医院化脓性阑尾炎患者84例,按照入院时间分组,各42例.对照组行阑尾切除术,术毕采用温生理盐水加甲硝唑冲洗切口,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性护理.对比两组切口感染发生率.结果观察组切口感染发生率4.76%低于对照组21.43%(P<0.05).结论对化脓性阑尾炎围手术期患者实施温生理盐水加甲硝唑冲洗联合针对性护理,可减少切口感染.
