摘要
由于以往溶解氧的测定多在开阔常温水体进行,对冰下水体的环境重视不足,国内还没有形成测试规程。本文首先阐述针对浅水湖泊的水体内和冰下泥-水界面的耗氧过程的测试技术。之后介绍冰下水体分层耗氧量过程在线测试装置,该装置采用冰下施放、可盲视操作,令上下盖自动闭合,避免容器取出冰面,因冻结对传感器和容器的正常工作产生不利影响,此外,该设计装置能在冰层分层测试水体耗氧过程。以上特点保障该装置在冬季冰下测试中具有实际应用价值。
In winter water is frozen into ice,the ice sheet weakens the energy that solar radiation transmits to water under ice,which has an impact on the dissolved oxygen content and biological activity.However,in the past the dissolved oxygen was mostly measured at normal temperature in open water,and the environment of water under ice was not paid enough attention.Therefore,there was no mature test procedure in China.In this paper,the measurement technology of oxygen consumption process in shallow lake and in mud-water interface under ice is described firstly.Then,an on-line testing device for the oxygen consumption process of stratified water under ice is introduced.This device adopts the operation of laying under ice,blind operation and automatic closing to avoid the damage of the device caused by the expansion force of ice layer.In addition,the device can repeatedly test the dissolved oxygen value and oxygen consumption in water under ice layer-by-layer.This device has practical application value in tests under ice in winter.
