摘要
“华龙一号”示范工程主管道窄间隙自动焊焊接期间,有4道焊口出现了焊接缺陷,缺陷类型包括气孔和未熔合。通过审查射线检测底片、查看现场环境、调阅焊接记录、访谈一线作业人员、邀请专家评审等方法,对缺陷的性质及产生原因进行了深入分析,制定了相应的返修处理措施,同时总结了主管道焊接管理上存在的不足,提出了管理改进,为后续“华龙一号”机组的主管道焊接提供了一定的参考和借鉴。
During the narrow gap automatic welding of the primary coolant pipeline in the ACP1000 demonstration project,there were four welding joints with defects,including gas pores and incomplete fusions.Through examining the radio-graphic testing(RT)film,viewing the scene environment,consulting welding records,interviewing the front line operators,inviting experts to review and so on,the nature and causes of the defects are analyzed in depth,and the corresponding repair measures are formulated.At the same time,the shortcomings of the welding management are summarized,and the management improvement is put forward,which provides some reference for the follow-up ACP1000 primary coolant pipeline welding.
