商用增殖快堆(简称“商用快堆”)造价定量研究分析在我国及全世界尚处于起步阶段,为了研究其经济性,需要探索一种定量估算方法。核电堆型的经济性取决于其设计方案,在分析其设计方案的基础上,通过差异分析的方法探索出了商用快堆的造价评估方法,即首先选择成熟的商业堆型作为对比基础,然后研究对比机型中对造价影响较大的部分,重点阐述了重要设备及系统的分析方法,研究了商用快堆独特的设计方案对造价的影响。分析过程及结果对商用快堆的造价研究提供了方向,并为后续四代堆的造价分析提供了参考,同时为我国四代堆型的技术经济标准研究打下了一定的基础。

Quantitative analysis for the cost of commercial fast reactor(CFR)is still at the primary stage around the world.It is necessary to study a cost estimation method for CFR to compare the economic competitiveness with other generationⅣreactors.The economics of the reactor is based on the design plan,so it intends to provide discussion and analysis for the cost of CFR by differential analysis methods.First,the cost breakdown of a commercial plant is discussed.Then,the design difference between them is discussed,based on the design features of the process system of the fast reactor and the design characters of the CFR.The cost estimation for key equipment and the total capital cost are conducted.The method can be used for the cost estimation for CFR and the study for generationⅣreactors,and can be served as the basis of the technical economic standards study.
