Leap-forward Development in Tibet since the Democratic Reform and the Experience of Enlightenment

政教合一的封建农奴制,根本阻碍西藏社会发展和文明进步,民主改革合乎西藏人民利益、顺应人类社会发展规律,开启了西藏社会发展进步的历史进程。民主改革以来,西藏实现了跨越式发展,全面建成小康社会已到收官阶段。中国共产党的领导、以人民为中心的发展理念、坚持反分裂斗争、加强民族团结、积极引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应是民主改革以来西藏取得跨越式发展成就的经验和启示。

The feudal serfdom of the unity of politics and religion fundamentally hindered the social development and progress of civilization in Tibet.The democratic reform is in line with the interests of the Tibetan people and conforms to the law of development of human society,thus initiating the historical process of social development and progress in Tibet.Since the democratic reform,Tibet has achieved leap-forward development and an overall well-off society is just around the corner.The leadership of the CPC,the concept ofpeople-centered development,the adherence to the struggle against separatism,the strengthening of ethnic unity,and the guidance of religions in adapting to socialist society have been the experience and inspiration of the leap-forward development in Tibet since the democratic reform.
