摘要
该文对北京城区的20家社区养老服务驿站进行现状调研,希望通过一手资料对现阶段社区养老服务驿站有较为直观的了解,归纳出社区养老服务驿站各功能空间的构成关系及其面积配比指标,提出的建议能够成为相关从业人员的设计参考。
In this paper we investigate the current situation of 20 community old-aged service stations in Beijing urban area,and hope to have a more intuitive understanding of community old-aged service stations at this stage through first-hand data.Then we summarize the composition relationship of each functional space and its area ratio index of community old-age service stations,finally we put forward suggestions that can be used as reference for the design of relevant practitioners.
