乡村景观变迁动因与乡村发展对策研究--以苏州为例

The Rural Development Strategies and the Causes of Rural Landscape Transition:A Case Study of Suzhou

当代的乡村空间正经历着多尺度、多节奏的复杂转型。在乡村景观中,历史价值和传统作物与近期的经济和社会需求相冲突,以至传统的乡土景观急剧衰退,丧失了地域特征。为了实现乡村可持续发展,必须找到一种能够将文化和历史价值与社会经济趋势相结合的方法。该文探讨了苏州乡村景观的变迁,分析了其持续衰退的原因,在重新认识乡村景观价值的基础上,制定将食物和景观质量相联系、保留古老住区、维护传统土地利用和促进农村教育活动等政策,对苏州地区乡村景观的功能进行重构,以保障乡村可持续发展,进而推动苏州地区乡村振兴战略的实施。

Contemporary rural space is undergoing a complex transformation of multi scale and multi-rhythm.In the rural landscape,the historical value and traditional crops conflict with the recent economic and requirement of social,which leads to the surge of the traditional rural landscape and the loss of regional characteristics.In order to realize the sustainable development of rural areas,we must find a way to combine cultural and historical values with social and economic trends.In this paper we discuss the changes of rural landscape in Suzhou,and analyze the causes of its continuous decline,and formulate policies which on the basis of re-recognizing the value of rural landscape,such as linking food and landscape quality,retaining ancient residential areas,maintaining traditional land use and promoting rural education activities,so as to reconstruct the functions of rural landscape in Suzhou area,as well as to ensure the sustainable development of rural areas,and promote the sustainable development of rural areas to further push the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Suzhou.
