胫骨平台骨折伤残鉴定的回顾性研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨道路交通事故中发生胫骨平台骨折的Schatzker分型与所致伤残等级的相关性,为法医学鉴定胫骨平台骨折伤残等级提供可靠依据。收集106例道路交通事故胫骨平台骨折的案例资料进行回顾性分析,并析出伤残等级结果的影响因素:道路交通事故中发生胫骨平台骨折Schatzker分型与伤残等级鉴定结果高度相关;Schatzker分型、年龄≥50岁、手术治疗史、有MRI检查结果等均影响最终伤残等级鉴定,临床法医实践中应综合分析以上因素。胫骨平台骨折伤残评定应在建立测量关节活动度的标准操作流程基础上,以MRI检查为主要依据,充分考虑骨折诊断方法、手术方式、被鉴定人年龄、性别和关节活动测量结果来综合评定,以提高胫骨平台骨折伤残鉴定的准确性。 This study aims to investigate the correlation between Schatzker classification and the level of disability caused by tibial plateau fractures in road traffic accidents,and to provide a reliable basis for forensic identification of tibial plateau fractures.Case data of 106 cases of tibial plateau fractures in road traffic accidents were collected.A retrospective analysis was performed to analyze the association between fracture type and disability grade.Schatzker classification of tibial plateau fractures in road traffic accidents is highly correlated with disability grade.Schatzker classification,age ≥50 years,history of surgery,and MRI findings all affected the final disability level identification of patients with tibial plateau fractures.The above factors should be comprehensively analyzed in clinical forensic practice.To improve the accuracy of tibial plateau fracture identification,the assessment of the tibial plateau fracture and disability should be based on the establishment of standard operating procedures for measuring joint mobility,MRI examination,and a comprehensive assessment considering fracture diagnosis methods,surgical methods,age and gender of the identified person,and joint activity measurement results for comprehensive assessment.
