睑袋整形术同期矫正泪沟及睑颊沟畸形

Correction of Lacrimal Sulcus and Blepharocheek Sulcus Deformity During Eyelid Blepharoplasty

目的:探讨睑袋整形术同期行眶隔脂肪释放与透明质酸填充矫治泪沟畸形的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月在笔者医院进行下睑袋伴泪沟畸形矫治就医者66例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组采用睑袋整形术联合透明质酸填充矫治,观察组采用睑袋整形术联合眶隔脂肪释放矫治。进行9个月随访,观察两组睑袋改善情况和并发症发生情况。结果:术后9个月,观察组满意率100.00%,高于对照组的87.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后9个月,观察组的Barton分级中0级与1级患者占比87.88%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率15.15%,低于对照组的39.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种方式对下睑袋伴泪沟畸形均有较好的矫治效果,睑袋整形术联合眶隔脂肪释放较透明质酸填充远期效果更好,治疗后更自然美观,且术后并发症较少。

Objective To investigate the effect of orbital septum fat release and hyaluronic acid on lacrimal groove deformity during eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods 66 cases of beauty seekers with lacrimal groove deformity in lower eyelid bags from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eyelid blepharoplasty combined with hyaluronic acid filler,while the observation group was treated with eyelid blepharoplasty combined with orbital septum fat release.All the participants were followed up for 9 months to observe the improvement of eyelid and complications of the two groups.Results 9 months after operation,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of the control group(87.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9 months after operation,87.88%of Barton grade 0 and 1 patients in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(66.67%,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 15.15%,which was lower than that in the control group(39.39%,P<0.05).Conclusion Both methods have good application effect on lower eyelid bag with lacrimal groove deformity.Eyelid blepharoplasty combined with orbital septum fat release is better than hyaluronic acid filling in the long-term effect,more natural and beautiful after treatment,and less postoperative complications.
