Treatment of Hematoma after Nagata Microtia Reconstruction

目的:观察Nagata法耳再造术后患者耳部血肿情况,探索Nagata法耳再造术后耳廓血肿预防及治疗方法。方法:收集整理临床上Nagata法耳再造术后11例耳部血肿患者,6例患者因引流问题发生血肿,4例患者因机械性损伤发生血肿,1例患者原因不明,其中10例患者行切开引流置管加高压氧治疗,1例行切开减压加高压氧治疗。结果:11例患者血肿全部吸收,耳部轮廓清晰,血运好,切口无坏死、感染及血肿复发。结论:利用肋软骨进行Nagata法耳再造术,即使术后再造耳发生血肿,经正确的积极治疗,血肿可消失,耳轮廓仍清晰,最终获得满意的结果。

Objective In order to observe the situation of ear hematoma in patients after Nagata reconstruction and to explore the prevention and treatment of auricle hematoma after Nagata reconstruction.Methods A total of 11 patients with ear hematoma after Nagata ear reconstruction were collected.6 patients developed hematoma due to drainage problems.4 patients developed hematoma due to mechanical injury.One patient was unexplained.10 patients underwent drainage and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and one patient underwent open reduction and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Results 11 patients had a complete hematoma absorption and a clear outline of the ear,good blood supply.No incision,infection and hematoma recurrence.Conclusion Nagata microtia reconstruction with costal cartilage,even if the hematoma is reconstructed after surgery,the hematoma can disappear after reasonable and active treatment,the ear contour can still be clear and finally satisfactory results are obtained.
