富含血小板血浆联合调Q激光治疗黄褐斑疗效分析

Effect of Platelet-rich Plasma Combined with Q-switched Laser in the Treatment of Melasma

目的:探讨富含血小板血浆(PRP)联合调Q激光治疗黄褐斑的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月经笔者医院收治的91例黄褐斑患者。将患者随机分为试验组(n=46)和对照组(n=45),对照组给予调Q激光治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合PRP治疗。比较两组患者疗效、黄褐斑面积、色素程度、不良反应,复发率及远期疗效。结果:试验组患者临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者黄褐斑面积低于对照组,且面积下降指数高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者黄褐斑色素程度低于对照组,且色素程度下降指数高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率、复发率低于对照组,且远期疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PRP联合调Q激光可提高黄褐斑的治疗效果,加速黄褐斑面积与色素沉着减退,具有一定安全性,且远期疗效好,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with Q-switched laser in the treatment of melasma.Methods 91 patients with melasma in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to the random number table methods.Control group(n=45)received the Q-switched laser,while the experimental group(n=46)received the Q-switched laser combined with PRP.Then the clinical efficacy,melasma area,melasma pigmentation level and adverse reactions were observed,and the aesthetic effect was also analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The melasma area in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the decline degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The melasma pigmentation level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the decline degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP combined with Q-switched laser can effectively accelerate the reduction of melasma area and pigmentation,and improve the cosmetic appearance of patients with melasma.
