摘要
目的:研究窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow-band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)治疗白癜风患者的血清维生素D水平及其与NB-UVB诱导色素沉着的相关性。方法:选取笔者医院2015年6月-2018年9月收治的90例白癜风患者为观察组,同时选定健康人群20例为对照组。使用NB-UVB每周2次,持续24周。在第0周、第12周和第24周测量25-羟基维生素D水平。通过酶联免疫吸附实验(Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,ELISA)测定血清维生素D水平。在第0周、24周记录白癜风面积严重性指数(Vitiligo Area Severity Index,VASI)。结果:观察组25-羟基维生素D(第0周)的平均水平显著低于对照组,第12周和第24周患者血清中25-羟基维生素D的水平显著提高,观察组在治疗24周后显示VASI评分显著降低。结论:NB-UVB治疗可提高白癜风患者血清维生素D水平,这可能在NB-UVB诱导的色素沉着中起重要作用,但NB-UVB诱导的色素沉着和维生素D在白癜风中的完整机制需要进一步研究。
Objective We aim to investigate the influence of NB-UVB phototherapy on vitamin D in patients with vitiligo and their correlation with pigmentation induced by NB-UVB.Methods Ninety patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group,and twenty healthy patients were selected as the control group.Patients with vitiligo were treated with NB-UVB twice weekly for 24 weeks.Levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D were measured at weeks 0,12,and 24.Vitamin D levels were measured by Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).Vitiligo Area Severity Index(VASI)was recorded at weeks 0 and 24.Results The mean baseline level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D(at 0 week)was significantly lower in patients than the control group.Levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in patients at week 12 and 24 were significantly increased,and VASI score was significantly decreased in patients after 24 weeks of treatment.Conclusion NB-UVB therapy can improve serum vitamin D level in vitiligo patients,which may play an important role in NB-UVB-induced pigmentation,but the complete mechanisms of NB-UVB-induced pigmentation and vitamin D in vitiligo needs further study.
