课程改革背景下的英语专业教师教学能动性探究 被引量:4

摘要 本文探究了英语专业教师在课程改革背景下发挥教学能动性的过程。通过半结构化访谈、课堂观察和教师日志,研究发现,研究对象在英语专业课堂教学中展现了积极的能动信念、将教学理念应用于课堂教学的能动实践及作为中介作用的能动倾向。教师的教学能动性与个人因素和环境因素密切相关。本研究在拓展教师能动性研究领域、丰富语言教师能动性的研究方法等方面具有积极意义,可为新时代背景下的英语专业发展提供有益的借鉴。 This paper explores three English department teachers’agency of classroom instruction amidst the curriculum reform.Through a series of data collection methods,i.e.semi-structured interviews,classroom observation and journal entries,the research reveals that:1)the participants have demonstrated their proactive agency beliefs regarding classroom teaching;they have exercised their agency practice in transforming their pedagogical beliefs into teaching implementations;they have applied their agency inclination to mediate between their beliefs and practices.2)their exercise of agency is closely intertwined with internal factors as their personal knowledge,experiences and personalities,as well as external factors as the classroom environment,institutional culture and sociocultural factors.This study provides suggestions for the disciplinary repositioning and sustainable development of the English major in the New Era.
