摘要
文章针对环氧树脂E-7胶粘剂在加热固化过程中出现粘度小、流失严重的问题,通过添加不同含量的气相SiO2改善流动性,并对其粘度、力学性能进行研究。结果表明,随着气相SiO2添加量的增多,E-7胶粘剂的最小粘度由2673mPa·s逐渐增加到14000mPa·s,粘度增加明显。拉伸剪切强度仍可保持在19.71MPa,符合应用的实际要求。
In order to solve the problem of low viscosity and serious loss of E-7 epoxy resin adhesive during heating curing process,he fluidity of E-7 adhesive was improved by adding different amount of gas phase SiO2,and the vis⁃cosity and mechanical properties of E-7 adhesive were studied.The results showed that the minimum viscosity of E-7 adhesive increased from 2673 mPa·s to 14000 mPa·s with the addition of gas phase SiO2,and the tensile shear strength could still maintain at 19.71 MPa,which indicated that E-7 adhesive met the requirement of actual application.
