摘要
双组份室温固化结构胶具有固化速度快的特点,在保持快速固化的基础上,对其他要求也越来越高,尤其是要求双组份有机硅胶能够快速粘接低表面能材料,在比例悬殊的情况下不仅要保证胶体表面的黑度和亮度以及对难粘接材质优广泛的粘接适用性,还要求有其他好的综合性能。文章主要研究质量比A:B=8~12:1的比例较悬殊的双组份快固有机硅胶的对低表面能材料的粘接的实验解决方案。主要从合成的偶联剂,制备工艺,色粉及着色等方面着手研究和解决。
Two component room temperature curing structural adhesive has the characteristics of fast curing speed,On the basis of maintaining rapid curing,More and more demands on others,In particular,two-component organic silica gel is required to be able to quickly bond low surface energy materials.The blackness and brightness of the colloidal surface should be ensured under the condition of large proportion.In this paper,the experimental solution of two-component fast curing organic silica gel with a mass ratio of 8-12:1 to low surface energy materials is stud⁃ied.Mainly from the synthesis of coupling agent,preparation process,toner and coloring and other aspects to study and solve.
