摘要
采用氯化钠-硅藻土制备抗凝冰剂,添加在硅橡胶中制成抗凝冰硅橡胶基复合材料,采用电子显微镜对氯化钠-硅藻土制备抗凝冰剂、抗凝冰硅橡胶基复合材料进行表征,并研究了抗凝冰硅橡胶基复合材料的抗凝冰、耐久性,测定了路用相关技术指标参数,结果表明:氯化钠-硅藻土复合抗凝冰剂的中硅元素的含量最高;当抗凝冰剂的质量分数为30%时,硅橡胶基复合材料的结冰温度最低为-5.2℃,抗结冰效果耐久性较好,添加30%抗凝冰剂的硅橡胶基复合材料表面结构逐渐粗糙化,抗凝冰剂硅橡胶基复合材料的表观密度、含水量、粒度范围、外观、亲水系数、塑性指数等满足高速和一级公路路用技术指标。
sodium chloride diatomite was used to prepare anticoagulant,which was added to silicone rubber to make anticoagulant silicone rubber matrix composite.The anticoagulant and anticoagulant silicone rubber matrix compos⁃ite prepared by sodium chloride diatomite were characterized by electron microscope.The anticoagulant and dura⁃bility of the anticoagulant silicone rubber matrix composite were studied,and the relevant technical parameters of the road were measured The results show that the content of silicon element in sodium chloride diatomite compos⁃ite anticoagulant is the highest;when the mass fraction of anticoagulant is 30%,the lowest freezing temperature of silicone rubber matrix composite is-5.2℃,and the durability of anti icing effect is better.The surface structure of silicone rubber matrix composite with 30%anticoagulant is gradually roughened,and the apparent density of sili⁃cone rubber matrix composite with 30%anticoagulant The water content,particle size range,appearance,hydrophil⁃ic coefficient,plasticity index,etc.meet the technical indicators of high-speed and first-class highway.
