摘要
电镀作为工业中表面处理工艺的中不可或缺的一种,不仅为产品的外观进行装饰,更能对表面起到保护的作用,更有些特殊的电镀工艺可以为产品提供一些特定的功能。但是电镀后的废水排放也是饱受困扰的一个问题,因为无论是其中的金属镍还是铬,直接排放都会对环境造成极大的破坏,甚至会简介影响居民的健康。因此,文章基于以上的现状,拟采用一种新式的电解法与光触媒法的联合处理方法来对废水进行处理,它利用电解法电极产生的氧气参加光触媒反应提高了废水处理的效率,并对影响实验结果的相关因素展开分析。
Electroplating,as an indispensable process in the industry,not only decorate the appearance of the prod⁃uct,but also play a protective role on the surface,and some special electroplating processes can provide some spe⁃cific functions for the product.But the discharge of waste water after electroplating is also a problem that has been plagued,because whether it is nickel or chromium,direct discharge will cause great damage to the environment,and it will even affect the health of residents.Therefore,based on the above development,this paper intends to adopt a new combined treatment method of electrolysis and photocatalyst to treat wastewater.It uses the oxygen pro⁃duced by electrolysis electrode to participate in photocatalyst reaction to improve the efficiency of wastewater treat⁃ment,and analyzes the related factors that affect the experimental results.
