摘要 装配式建筑符合当代环保需求,能够提高我国建筑行业的整体发展水平,然而其结构设计准确率不高、信息传递不及时等问题制约了发展。BIM技术属于当代建筑行业中应用较为广泛的技术之一,能够在装配式建筑结构设计中发挥较大的作用,于是文章将着重研究BIM技术在装配式建筑结构设计中的应用。文章首先对BIM技术进行阐述,介绍其含义及优势;然后分析BIM技术应用于装配式建筑结构设计中的可行性和价值;最后研究了BIM技术在装配式建筑结构设计中的具体应用。 Prefabricated buildings meet the needs of contemporary environmental protection and can improve the overall development level of China's construction industry.However,the structural design accuracy is not high,and the information is not transmitted in a timely manner,which restricts development.BIM technology is one of the more widely used technologies in the contemporary construction industry and can play a greater role in the de⁃sign of prefabricated building structures.Therefore,the paper will focus on the application of BIM technology in the design of prefabricated building structures.The paper first explains BIM technology,introduces its meaning and advantages;then analyzes the feasibility and value of BIM technology in the design of prefabricated building structures;finally,it studies the specific application of BIM technology in the design of prefabricated building structures.
