一种新的城市建筑工程造价效益分配优化控制技术

A New Optimal Control Technology for the Distribution of Cost Benefits in Urban Construction Engineering

对工程造价效益分配控制技术来说,传统的技术会忽视工程造价、质量、效率等之间的关系,而只会对工程造价效益分配进行考虑,因此本文提出一种新城市建筑工程造价效益分配优化控制技术来充分满足于对建筑质量及施工效率。通过对工程造价效益分配控制原理的分析,以及按照Kalman方程,生成质量量化状态方程,从而更好地实现质量量化调度。根据自回归理论,有效统计了工程造价效益的主要变量,得到了效率计量模型的回归结果。根据城市建筑工程项目造价效益分配的控制变量,建立了确保高质量条件下的工程造价成本模型。

As for the control technology of engineering cost and benefit distribution,the traditional technology will ignore the relationship between engineering cost,quality and efficiency,and only consider the distribution of engi⁃neering cost and benefit.Therefore,this paper proposes a new city construction project cost benefit allocation optimi⁃zation control technology to fully satisfy the building quality and construction efficiency.Through the analysis of the control principle of engineering cost and benefit distribution,and according to Kalman equation,the quality quanti⁃zation state equation is generated to better realize the quality quantization scheduling.According to the autoregres⁃sive theory,the main variables of engineering cost and benefit are effectively counted,and the regression results of efficiency econometric model are obtained.According to the control variable of cost and benefit distribution of ur⁃ban construction project,the project cost cost model is established to ensure high quality.
