摘要
本文从原材料、加工成型和安装施工的角度对耐热聚氯乙烯管道的安全性能进行了分析,耐热聚氯乙烯混配料中氯含量多少、生产工艺以及安装施工条件均对耐热聚氯乙烯管道的安全性能起着至关重要的作用。通过静液压试验和超声相控阵技术探讨了耐热聚氯乙烯管道的失效情况,结果表明脆性破坏和连接接头失效为其主要的失效形式。
This paper analyzes the safety performance of heat resistant PVC pipeline from the perspectives of raw materials,processing and installation construction.The chlorine content in the mixture of heat resistant PVC,production process and installation construction conditions all play an important role in the safety performance of heat resistant PVC pipes.The results show that brittle failure and joint failure are the main failure modes.
