利用丙烯酸酯重组分生产丙烯酸丁酯工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前丙烯酸丁酯的生产方法主要有丙烯腈水解法、β-丙内酯法、雷佩法和改良雷佩法、丙烯酸直接酯化法。本文对利用价格较低的丙烯酸重组分和丙烯酸丁酯重组分为原料,按照30%丙烯酸重组分、70%丙烯酸丁酯重组分的比例用打料泵打入解聚釜中,再加入适量化催化剂对甲苯磺酸,常压下进行解聚,负压下酯化、精馏生产成本较低的丙烯酸丁酯产品,在生产过程中还将生产产生地废水掺入解聚釜釜残中,达到了生产污水的零排放,制成地釜残液送入焚烧炉焚烧,利用焚烧过程中产生地热量,供生产所需热量的85%左右。本工艺既节约了生产成本,同时又符合国家综合利用能源、循环经济、节能减排的环保政策,产生了一定的社会经济效益。 At present,the production methods of butyl acrylate mainly include acrylonitrile hydrolysis method,β-propiolactone method,rapey method and modified rapey method,and direct esterification of acrylic acid.The butyl ester is reorganized into raw materials.According to the proportion of 30%acrylic acid heavy component and 70%butyl acrylic acid heavy component,it is driven into a depolymerization kettle with a dosing pump,and an appropriate amount of catalyst,p-toluenesulfonic acid,is added,and the depolymerization is performed under normal pressure.However,butyl acrylate products with lower production costs for esterification and rectification under negative pressure are also added to the depolymerization kettle residues during the production process to achieve zero discharge of production wastewater and make the ground kettle Residual liquid is sent to the incinerator for incineration,and the geothermal heat generated during the incineration process is used to produce about 85%of the heat required for production.This process not only saves production costs,but also meets the national environmental protection comprehensive utilization of energy,circular economy,energy conservation and emission reduction Policies have produced certain social and economic benefits.
