摘要
头孢菌素是一种常用的抗生素药物,结晶操作是其制备环节的重要组成部分,合适的结晶方式与结晶工艺的选取也是制备高质量头孢菌素药物的必要条件。本文以不同代数头孢菌素为分类基础,总结了头孢菌素结晶过程中所采用的结晶方式。
Cephalosporin is a kind of commonly used antibiotic drugs.Crystallization operation is an important part of the preparation of cephalosporin The selection of appropriate crystallization method and the crystallization process is also a necessary condition for the preparation of high-quality cephalosporin drugs.Based on the classification of cephalosporin in different algebras,the crystallization methods of cephalosporin were summarized in this paper.
