应用气相色谱法评价焦炉气制甲醇脱硫系统效果

摘要 应用气相色谱法对焦炉气制甲醇系统气组分的硫化物含量进行分析。气相色谱法分析硫化物的标准曲线R大于0. 99949,相对标准偏差小于0. 42%(n=7);加标回收率98. 0%~102. 8%。分析结果对评价焦炉气制甲醇脱硫系统效果及指导解决工艺生产中遇到的困难具有突出的效果。 Analyse sulfide content in system gas from methanol produced by coke oven gas by gas chromatography.Analyse sulfide content by gas chromatography,R>0.99949,and RSD<0.42%(n=7),and the recoveries were 98.0%~102.8%.Analysis results have outstanding effect for to evaluate the effect of desulfurization system for methanol production by coke oven gas and guidance on solving difficulties encountered in process production.
