摘要
甲基二氯化膦作为一种农药中间体化学性质极不稳定,暴露在空气中会冒烟、自燃,甚至爆炸。为降低环境对介质影响以及有毒有害介质泄漏扩散采用封闭厂房设计,但封闭后事故通风量太大,导致后续废气处理困难。本文结合甲基二氯化膦的物性以及封闭厂房的设计,研究了一套解决其泄漏后的处理措施。
Methyldichlorophosphine,as an intermediate of pesticide,is very unstable in chemical properties.When exposed to the air,it will smoke,self-ignite and even explode.In order to reduce the impact of the environment on the medium and the leakage and diffusion of toxic and harmful medium,the closed workshop is designed.However,after the closure,the accident ventilation is too large,which makes the subsequent waste gas treatment difficult.In this paper,combined with the physical properties of Methyldichlorophosphine and the design of closed workshop,a set of treatment measures to solve the leakage is studied.
