摘要
本文在确保技术可靠,运行稳定,满足气体净化指标的前提下通过PROII软件对优化的低温甲醇洗流程进行了模拟计算,结果显示,优化后的流程有利于降低公用工程消耗,提高有效气的回收率,降低年操作费用等,为今后低温甲醇洗流程的优化提供参考。
On the basis of ensuring the reliable technology and stable operation,under the premise of meet the gas purification index.In this paper,the optimized Rectisol process is simulated by PROII software,the optimized Rectisol process is beneficial to reduce the utility consumption,increase effective gas yield and reduce operating cost ect.,It provides reference for the optimization of Rectisol.
