应用型地方普通高校“订单式”人才培养模式探索

Exploration of“Order-Oriented”Talent Training Model in Local Application-Oriented University

“订单式”人才培养模式是指高校与企业联合定向培育高素质应用型人才。本文阐述了应用型地方普通高校“订单式”人才培养目标与培养方案的制定、组织和实施。实施“订单式”人才培养模式,不仅可以服务于地方经济发展,促进校企教育资源互补与整合,而且能有效提升高校人才培养质量。

“Order-Oriented”talent training model can be defined as the joint oriented cultivation of high-quality applicated talents by universities and enterprises.In this paper,the target of the“order-oriented”talent training in local application-oriented universities,the formulation,organization and implementation of the training scheme will be demonstrated.The implementation of this model can serve the development of local economic,promote the complementarity,integration of resources from universities and enterprises.Meanwhile,the quality of talent training in universities can be improved effectively.
