摘要
随着炼厂加工含硫原油量的不断加大,排放尾气中SO2含量也不断提高,催化装置作为炼厂重要的重油二次加工装置,排放的再生烟气中SO2和颗粒含量极高。就炼化行业而言,标准要求的污染物排放浓度也愈加收紧。本文就目前国内外炼厂催化装置再生烟气几种主流脱硫除尘一体化技术的应用情况进行详细介绍,并从装置可靠性、脱硫效率、占地面积等方面进行了详细技术对比。
With the increasing amount of sour crude oil processed by the refinery,the SO 2 content in the exhaust gas is also increasing.As an important secondary processing device of heavy oil in the refinery,the FCC unit emits extremely high SO 2 and particles in the recycled flue gas.In the case of the refining industry,the required pollutant emission concentration is also increasingly tightened.This paper introduces in detail the application of several mainstream desulphurization and dust removal integrated technologies for regenerated flue gas in domestic and foreign refineries,and makes a detailed technical comparison from the aspects of device reliability,desulphurization efficiency and footprint.
