摘要
污泥干化焚烧是污泥资源化的一种方法,污泥干化产生的污水氨氮高、COD高、温度高,处理出水至一级A标准难度大、费用高。本文利用改良AO工艺处理市政、印染、药渣生化污泥干化污水,结果表明,市政污泥干化污水的出水COD、氨氮、总氮均能达到一级A标准,印染污泥、药渣污泥干化污水的出水均能达到GB19923标准中的工艺与产品用水,吨水运行成本均低于4元。
Sludge drying is a method of recycling.The characteristics of sludge drying sewage are high NH 4+-N,high COD and high temperature.It is difficult to treat sludge drying sewage to level A standard.In this study,improved AO process was used to treat water produced by municipal and print and dye and Pharmaceutical sludge drying.The results show that the effluent COD,NH 4+-N and TN of municipal sludge drying wastewater can reach level A standard,the effluent from the drying of printing and dyeing and Pharmaceutical residue sludge can reach level of GB19923 process and product water.The operating cost is less than 4 yuan RMB per ton water.
