Research on Environmental Protection Management in the Whole Process of Major Petrochemical Construction Projects

重大石油化工新、改、扩建项目往往带来废水、废气和危险废弃物等系列环境污染问题,建设单位应自主做好全过程环境保护管理。笔者结合自身环保工作经验总结了重大石油化工建设项目全过程环境保护管理的实施要求,以期为相关工作提供有力的参考与支持。

Major petrochemical new,renovation,and expansion projects often bring a series of environmental pollution problems such as waste water,exhaust gas,and hazardous waste,the construction unit should consciously do environmental protection management in the whole process.The author summarizes the implementation requirements for environmental protection management of major petrochemical construction projects combined with his own environmental protection work experience,with a view to providing a strong reference and support for related work.
