摘要
本文概念性地提出了新型Spar平台S-Spar用于深水和超深水海洋油气开发。S-Spar连接软舱和硬舱的是和中央井同尺寸的圆形立柱。有别于传统的经典Spar和Truss Spar,S-Spar有一个细长的中间段,垂荡板安装在中间段增加垂荡阻尼的同时,封闭的中段可以保护立管免受波流荷载。文中介绍了S-Spar的基本概念,进行了频域和时域耦合动力响应分析,并进行了S-Spar连接的顶张式立管的动力响应和VIV疲劳分析,将计算结果和Truss Spar的计算结果相比较,结果显示新型S-Spar能改善平台的水动力性能,同时封闭的中央井对立管起到很好的保护作用。
A new type of Spar platform,named S-Spar,is designed for oil&gas production in deep and ultra-deep waters.Its midsection connecting a hard tank and a soft tank is a cylinder with a diameter same as that of a center well.Compared with Classic Spar and Truss Spar,S-Spar has a slim midsection.Therefore,heave plates could be deployed along the midsection,and a closed midsection could protect the riser in the center well.In this paper,the concept of S-Spar is introduced briefly.The wave force transfer function is obtained in frequency domain.Free decay tests are performed to obtain the natural period of the S-Spar.Then the detailed hydrodynamic performance of S-Spar is ana⁃lyzed through nonlinear time domain coupling method and compared with a typical Truss Spar.At last,the protective effects of the S-Spar for Top Tensioned Risers(TTR)are investigated.The results show the wave force on the S-Spar is well controlled,and the S-Spar has excellent motion characteristics and good adaptation to exploitation in deep waters and ultra-deep waters.
