摘要
基于SOLAS第Ⅱ-1/29条要求的全速操舵试验可能存在翻船风险,MSC.365(93)决议对SOLAS有关操舵试验的要求进行了修订。本文结合IACS相关文件,以船舶操纵理论知识为基础,结合模型试验和实船试验数据,对IACS UI SC246 Rev.1中提出的舵效换算方法开展了可行性分析与评估,为舵效换算及等效操舵提供了理论依据和试验基础。
According to the requirement of SOLAS Reg.II-1/29,steering gear of a new building ship should be tested at the deepest seagoing draught and maximum forward service speed.However,the capsizing risk of a ship is very high under this situation.MSC.365(93)has revised the requirements of SOLAS about steering test.Combined with the relevant IACS documents,the steerage conversion method,proposed by IACS UI SC246 Rev.1,is analyzed and evaluated in this paper based on the ship maneuvering theory and the data of model and full-scale tests,the results can provide theoretical and experimental basis for steerage conversion.
