一种产品底层软件故障的快速分析和定位方法

摘要 在项目的研制过程中,样机一旦完成调试并把程序烧写固化到DSP后,若在试验过程中遇到新的问题,项目人员针对故障进行原因分析及定位主要依靠查找并分析源代码,这种方法不够灵活和直观。本文通过使用NI公司的Lab-Windows CVI2010软件编写上位机监测软件,对投放装置控制芯片TMS320F28335通过CAN总线发送出来的可能引起故障的所有变量进行数据解析,再通过图形化显示,技术人员对图形曲线进行监测分析和故障定位,从而快速和高效地对被测设备进行故障分析和定位。 During the development of the project,once the prototype is debugged and the program is burned to DSP,if there are new problems in the test process,the project personnel will analyze and locate the causes of the failure,mainly relying on finding and analyzing the source code,which is not flexible and intuitive.In the project practice,it is a very fast and efficient method to analyze and locate the faults.That is,first design the monitoring software with LabWindows CVI2010,then analyze the data of all variables that may cause faults in the bottom program received from the CAN bus,last display the data curve and the test man check it to achieve the purpose of locating the faults.
