教育者如果在德育管理过程中能洞悉学生心理,巧妙运用心理效应,就能充分调动学生的积极性,提高德育管理的效率,促进学生健康成长。要谨防"破窗效应",转变不良习惯;肯定"羊群效应",树立模范作用;应用"热炉效应",强化规章制度;运用"罗森塔尔效应",激发学生潜能;重视"霍桑效应",关注心理健康。
If educators can understand students'psychology and use psychological effects skillfully in the process of moral education management,they can fully mobilize students'enthusiasm,improve the efficiency of moral education management and promote students'healthy growth.We should guard against"window breaking effect"and change bad habits;affirm"herd effect"and set up a model role;apply"hot stove effect"and strengthen rules and regulations;use"Rosenthal Effect"to stimulate students'potential;pay attention to"Hawthorne effect"and pay attention to mental health.
