摘要
按照"四有好老师"标准,大力提高教师教育教学能力,调动教师的主动性和创造性,建设高素质专业化教师队伍,是教育研究的热点话题之一。文章以XX小学教师专业发展路径探索为例,从个人定制促发展、团队合作谋发展、跨界交流同发展、夯实根基长发展等方面,对新时代教师专业发展的四个路径进行相关研究。
According to the standard of"four good teachers",it is one of the hot topics in education research to improve teachers'education and teaching ability,mobilize teachers'initiative and creativity,and build a team of high-quality professional teachers.Taking the exploration of the professional development path of XX primary school teachers as an example,this paper studies the four paths of the professional development of teachers in the new era from the aspects of personal customization,team cooperation,cross-border communication and development,and long-term development.
