摘要
南方某电厂基建使用ABB UNITROL 5000静态自并励励磁系统,由于设备本身老化原因及机组增容需要,对励磁系统进行了整组换型改造。文章对整个改造过程进行详细描述,并对改造中遇到的现场实际问题进行分析汇总,形成一套可行的励磁系统国产化改造方案,为日后同类型设备改造提供借鉴参考。
The ABB UNITROL 5000 static self-shunt excitation system is used in the capital construction of a power plant in southern China.Due to the aging of the equipment itself and the need to increase the capacity of the unit,retrofit was conducted to the whole group of excitation system.In this paper,the whole transformation process is described in detail,and the actual problems encountered in the transformation are analyzed and summarized to form a set of feasible domestic transformation scheme of excitation system,which can be used as a reference for the transformation of the same type of equipment in the future.
