摘要
为提高中支卷烟综合质量稳定性,采用正交试验设计与多元统计分析方法,研究了卷烟机回丝量、大风机负压、小风机正压在不同水平下对卷烟综合质量的影响,确定了适宜于中支卷烟加工的工艺参数。结果表明:回丝量、大风机负压、小风机正压对中支卷烟综合质量的稳定性有不同程度的影响,尤以回丝量的影响最大,但3个参数对卷烟综合质量稳定性的影响均未达到显著性水平。在试验范围,3个参数的最佳组合为48%、-10kPa、1.1kPa。
In order to improve the comprehensive quality stability of middle-diameter cigarettes,the effects of the changes of technological parameters such as pipe tobacco quantity rolling back,negative pressure of large fan and positive pressure of small fan on the comprehensive quality stability of cigarette were studied,by using the orthogonal experimental design and the method of multivariate statistical analysis.And the suitable process parameters of middle-diameter cigarette sweredetermined.The results indicated that the quantity of tobacco waste,the negative pressure of large fans and the positive pressure of small fans had different effects on the comprehensive quality stability of middle-diameter cigarettes,among which specially the quantity of tobacco waste exhibited the most effect,but the effects of these 3 parameters on the the comprehensive quality stability of cigarettes were insignificant.Within the scope of the test,the optimum parameters of these 3 factors were 48%,-10kPa,and 1.1 kPa.
