潍坊市艾滋病扩大检测效果分析

目的分析潍坊市艾滋病扩大检测效果,为艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法收集潍坊市实施艾滋病扩大检测前2007~2012年和扩大检测后2013~2018年的HIV抗体筛查和确证报告数据信息、新报告HIV/AIDS的首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测资料和2007~2018年死亡病例数据,采用SPSS 20.0软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果2007~2012年共报告HIV感染者/AIDS病人257例,占全市历年累计报告数的19.51%;实施艾滋病扩大检测后的2013~2018年共报告HIV感染者/AIDS病人923例,占全市历年累计报告数的70.08%。扩大检测前2007~2012年与扩大检测后2013~2018年的首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测比例分别为73.98%(199/269)和90.39%(856/947),CD4+<200个/mm^3的比例分别为22.11%(44/199)和15.19%(130/856)、死亡比例分别为12.27%(33/269)和4.12%(39/947),扩大检测前后首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测比例、CD4+<200个/mm^3比例、死亡比例比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01、<0.05)。结论潍坊市实施艾滋病扩大检测策略,能早期发现HIV感染者/AIDS病人,对早管理、早治疗、减少传播具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of expanded HIV testing plan,so as to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control.Methods The data of AIDS screening and informed reports,CD4+T lymphocyte of the new reported HIV/AIDS for the first time from 2007 to 2018,the death data of AIDS from 2007 to 2018 was collected and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results During 2007-2012,257 HIV/AIDS cases were reported,accounting for 19.51%of the city’s cumulative reports;a total of 923 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported from 2013 to 2018 Weifang implemented the expanded AIDS detection strategy,accounting for 70.08%of the city’s cumulative reports.The proportion of CD4+T lymphocytes detected for the first time increased from 73.98%(199/269)to 90.39%(856/947),the proportion of CD4+<200 cells/mm^3 decreased from 22.11%(44/199)to 15.19%(130/856),and the proportion of death decreased from 12.27%(33/269)to 4.12%(39/947)before and after expanded HIV testing.There was statistical significance before and after the the expanded HIV testing in the proportion of CD4+T lymphocytes detected for the first time,CD4+<200 cells/mm^3 and death(P<0.01,<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the expanded HIV testing strategy in Weifang city can detect HIV infection/AIDS patients in an early stage,and which be of great significance for early management,early treatment and reduction of transmission.
