2016~2018年枣庄市暗娼哨点人群艾滋病知识知晓情况及其相关因素分析

Analysis on awareness of HIV knowledge and related factors among commercial sex workers (CSWs),Zaozhuang city,2016-2018

目的分析枣庄市2016~2018年暗娼哨点人群艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及其相关影响因素。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对枣庄市2016~2018年娱乐场所暗娼人群进行现场问卷调查,获取暗娼人群的相关行为信息和艾滋病防治知识知晓情况等。单因素分析采用分析,多因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果调查1 200人,平均年龄为(30.24±6.34)岁,户籍以山东省为主(95.50%)。梅毒感染率为0.67%,HIV感染率为0.00%。艾滋病知识知晓率为94.00%(3年合并率)。单因素分析显示,低龄、未婚、场所类型为低档、最近1年被诊断为性病、最近1次与客人发生性行为时未使用安全套、未接受同伴教育的暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓率更低(P<0.01)。多因素分析显示,与知晓人群相比,不知晓人群更可能为低龄(OR=10.23;95%CI=3.11~33.61)、婚姻状况为未婚(OR=5.07;95%CI=2.01~12.80)、场所类型为低档(OR=5.11;95%CI=1.94~13.50)、最近1年被诊断为性病(OR=9.62;95%CI=1.98~46.67)、最近1次与客人发生性行为时未使用安全套(OR=4.98;95%CI=1.96~12.67)、未接受同伴教育(OR=2.45;95%CI=1.12~5.38)(P<0.01)。结论枣庄市暗娼哨点艾滋病知识知晓情况受到年龄、婚姻状况、场所类型、是否有性病、是否接受同伴教育等多种因素的影响。

Objective To analyze the awareness of HIV knowledge and the related factors among the population of CSWs in Zaozhuang city during 2016-2018. Methods Cross-sectional survey was used to conduct on-the-spot questionnaire survey on CSWs in entertainment venues in Zaozhuang city from 2016 to 2018 to obtain relevant behavioral information and AIDS prevention knowledge of CSWs.Univariate analysis was conducted by chi-square analysis and multivariate analysis was conducted by Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 1 200 people were surveyed,with the average age of(30.24±6.34).Household registration was mainly in Shandong province(95.50%).The infection rate of syphilis was 0.67% and that of HIV was 0.00% The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 94.00%(after 3 years of combination).Single factor analysis showed that those young age,unmarried,worked in low-end places,the last year was diagnosed as a sexually transmitted disease(STD),the last sexual intercourse with guests did not use condoms,did not accept peer education had lower awareness rate of AIDS knowledge(P<0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that compared to the known population,the unknown population was more likely to be younger(OR=10.23;95%CI=3.11-33.61),marital status was unmarried(OR=5.07;95%CI=2.01-12.79),worked in low-end places(OR=5.11;95%CI=1.94-13.50),was diagnosed with STD in the last year(OR=9.61;95%CI=1.98-46.67),did not use condom when having sex with guests recently(OR=4.98;95%CI=1.95-12.67) and did not accept peer education(OR=2.45)(P<0.01). Conclusion The awareness of HIV knowledge among CSWs in Zaozhuang city is affected by many factors including age,marital status,place type,whether have STD,whether accept peer education.
